NTS Cabins

NTS Cabins are located in the heart of Tasermiut Fjord near the big lake and river, Tasersuaq and Kuussuaq. Welcoming inuit sheep farmers and the large Tasermiut Forest plantation are also just short hiking distance away. This is a spot with no mobile service; your biggest connection is to the fantastic mountainscape and fjord that surrounds you. For an outing 'into town', walk 9 km by gravel road to the small settlement of Tasiusaq. 
These cabins are also are the first and only winter cabins available in South Greenland! So get your skis or snowshoes ready and come spend a cosy long weekend deep in the fjord breathing in the fresh crisp air, watching northern lights and just connecting with nature.
No matter the season, NTS can sail you to and from the cabins in one of their several boats. They have two comfortable Targas with space for 6 persons each, and they also have an open Qooqa boat for those that really want to feel the wind in their hair!
There are three cabins, and each cabin has beds for 3 persons.
The bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top.
The sofa in the main space can be folded out to accommodate 2 additional guests.
Each cabin has its own special incineration toilet.
