Igaliku Farm Holiday

Igaliku Farm Holiday has a wide selection of accommodations within Kujataa, the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Locally-owned, the sheep farmers who maintain the cottages and pods also offer a selection of rentals, like fishing poles, and can arrange guided tours around the settlement and surrounding backcountry.

They have two cottages in fabulous locations.
The simple cottage is 6 km outside the settlement for those who want their own little hideaway in the mountains. Once you are dropped off by Malene & Kaava, you are on your own until pick-up day. There are two bedrooms sleeping 2 persons each, plus an L-shaped sofa for 2 additional guests, if needed. Though there is no toilet or shower here, there is running water, and there is a kitchen. Guests must prepare all their own meals.

The 'downtown' cottage is located in the settlement itself and has two bedrooms sleeping 1 and 2 persons, respectively. There is also an L-shaped sofa with space for 2 additional guests, if needed. Here there is a toilet, but no shower. Guests are welcome to shower at the settlement's common service house. Guests must prepare all their own meals in the house's kitchen.

Last but not least, they also offer 'pod' cabins on the hill overlooking Igaliku, perfect for solo travellers or a couple. There are 3 cosy, compact pods in total, and all guests are welcome to use the facilities (kitchen, toilet, shower) in the gathering house next door. Guests must prepare all their own meals in the gathering house.
