PIOTI IGALIKU

Pioti Igaliku (formerly known as Igaliku Farm Holiday) has a wide selection of accommodations within Kujataa, the UNESCO World Heritage Site. A sheep farming couple from the farm Tatsip Kitaa own and operate this organisation giving a fantastic local contact and experience to guests.

They have two houses in fabulous locations, plus three camping pod cabins with a common gathering house.

The Downtown House is located in the settlement itself, not far from the harbour, and has one bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. There is a super cosy living room filled with books for all ages! Here there is a toilet, but no shower. Guests are welcome to shower at the settlement's common service house. Guests must purchase their own food and prepare all their own meals in the house's kitchen.
(Beds for 3 persons total)

The Uptown House is brand new and is located in the settlement itself, though a bit up the hill with a wonderful view over the entire settlement, fjord and mountain landscape. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, a kitchen, a toilet & shower, and an open-plan dining room / living room.
(Beds for 4 persons total)

Last but not least, they also offer Camping Pod cabins on the hill near the Uptown House overlooking Igaliku, perfect for solo travellers or a couple. Technically three very good friends could share a camping pod as there is one double bed and one fold-out single bed.

There are 3 wood-paneled compact pods in total, and all guests are welcome to use the facilities (kitchen, toilet, shower) in the gathering house next door. Guests must prepare all their own meals in the gathering house.
(Beds for 9 persons total)
